Jeff Spinazze, Vice President Business Development
Jeff Spinazze joined Trafficware in 2014 and oversees all of Trafficware's business development and marketing efforts. Jeff has over 30 years of transportation industry experience starting as an application engineer at General Electric, as General Manager of Econolite Canada, Inc. and Senior Vice-President of Sales at Econolite Control Products Inc. prior to joining Trafficware. He is currently on the Board of Directors for ITS California, is a member of ITE, former chair for the ITS America Personal Mobility Forum – Arterial Systems and member of the Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO). Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto.

Clyde Neel, Engineering
Clyde Neel joined Trafficware (then Naztec) in 1988 as Engineering Manager and has held the position of Chief of Engineering since 2011 and is responsible for the development of field-deployed traffic control products. For 26 years he has contributed both individually and as a team leader to the technical design of many products, including controllers, monitors, and detection systems. He is named as co-inventor on two patents. Prior to Trafficware, Clyde served as Director of Workstation Development at Datapoint Corporation, an early manufacturer of networked minicomputer systems as well as technical design positions with Texas Instruments and Basic Four Computer Corporation. Mr. Neel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Orleans.

Jeff Contreras, Operations
Jeff Contreras joined Trafficware in 2012 and is responsible for supply chain, manufacturing, and product quality of Trafficware hardware. Jeff has spent 20 years in electronics manufacturing, with the last decade in plant and general operations management roles. A proponent of Lean Manufacturing, Jeff drives improvement in quality, efficiency and cost, and by focusing on value added activity. Jeff earned both a Bachelor and Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Houston.

Carol Terrando, Human Resources
Carol Terrando joined Trafficware in 2012 as Director of Human Resources. Carol has drawn upon her 20 plus years of strategic HR experience with Flextronics International, The Texas Medical Center and East Texas Distributing to help create a strong and entrepreneurial work culture at Trafficware while building and executing HR strategies that enable the company to achieve annual objective and long term growth plans. Carol graduated with a degree in Marketing from Texas A&M, College Station, Texas.

Jeff Cornelius, Software Development

Jeff Cornelius joined Trafficware in 2015 and is responsible for Trafficware’s software development and help center related activities. Jeff has spent more than 30 years in software development with 20 of those in a managerial capacity. A champion of Agile development practices, Jeff believes in delivering solutions customers want with the quality they demand. Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
Marshall Cheek, Business Development Services

Marshall joined Trafficware in 2011 and is responsible for systems deployment services. Marshall is hands-on and leads a team of dedicated traffic engineers and professionals that deliver the industry’s best traffic management solutions. Projects under his supervision have included statewide traffic central management system projects, connected vehicle projects, as well as some of the largest and most sophisticated adaptive signal control systems in the United States. Marshall is a licensed professional engineer (PE) in Texas and Florida and has previous experience in transportation research and large-scale transportation infrastructure design, including light rail and bus rapid transit systems. Marshall earned his Bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University and his Master’s from Texas A&M University.
