Our extensive line of controllers includes NEMA, Caltrans, and ATC designs, allowing Trafficware customers the flexibility to migrate their technology at the pace and in the direction of their choosing.  We design, engineer, and manufacture our controllers at our 100,000 square-foot, engineering and manufacturing facility in Sugar Land, Texas. Trafficware takes pride in doing all of our engineering and manufacturing here in America for both domestic and international customers, which is unique for major controller manufacturers.

170 SMARTCARD

The 170 SMARTCARD provides an easy upgrade of most Model 170 controllers to the power of the Advanced Transportation Controller (ATC-2070). Comprising a standards-compliant 2070 ATC Engine Board and a host interface card for the 170 CPU slot, the 170 SMARTCARD allows the latest 2070-ATC applications to run on most 170 controllers.​

TS2 Test Box

The TS2 Test Box module simulates a TS2 cabinet (terminal facility), allowing the user to change any BIU input and read all BIU outputs using the SDLC communications port. The TS2 Test Box can also be used with SimTraffic CI to simulate Synchro data files before deploying a timing plan in the field.
