RETURNED MATERIALS AUTHORIZATION REQUEST
Trafficware customers seeking to request repair service for items that are in or out of warranty can submit a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) request. Requests are typically reviewed within one business day. Once the item has been reviewed, you will receive an email with instructions on how to return the item or items for repair. Each shipment is assigned a RMA number that is used to track items throughout the repair process.
The cost to service items that are out of warranty will be evaluated and quoted prior to beginning the repair. A minimum handling charge of $75 will be assessed for each out of warranty item that is sent in for repair.
